AgenticWhispers provides custom AI agent design, deployment, and consulting services across four primary verticals:

• Healthcare — AI workflow automation for medical practices and healthcare administrators
• Construction — AI systems for project coordination, compliance tracking, and field operations
• Insurance — AI-assisted intake, underwriting support, and client communication
• Transportation — AI fleet management, compliance, and dispatch support

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• The Whisper Session — a paid 60-minute AI opportunity assessment ($750 USD)
• Digital products including ebooks and associated audio content
• The Agent Shepherd Journal blog and related educational content
• Newsletter and email communications via MailerLite

AgenticWhispers operates on a foundational principle: AI agents support human decision-making — they do not replace it. All AI systems designed and deployed through our services are built with human oversight as a non-negotiable design requirement. No automated output from any AgenticWhispers system is intended to substitute for qualified professional judgment, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or regulatory decisions.

All pricing is in USD regardless of client location. Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

Digital products (ebooks, audio files) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. For the Whisper Session, cancellation requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. If AgenticWhispers cancels or reschedules a session, a full refund will be offered or the session rescheduled at your preference.

All content on agenticwhispers.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, blog posts, ebooks, agent architectures, frameworks, and methodologies — including the C.H.O.R.D. and G.R.A.I.S. communication frameworks — are the intellectual property of Code Copy Fusion LLC and/or John Korf, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from AgenticWhispers without express written permission.

Where AgenticWhispers builds custom AI systems for clients, clients retain ownership of all platform accounts (MindStudio, ElevenLabs, Make.com, and others) created for their use. AgenticWhispers retains ownership of all methodologies, workflows, agent architectures, and intellectual frameworks used in the build. Clients receive usage rights to the deployed systems under agreed terms.

AgenticWhispers and Code Copy Fusion LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any AI system output. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

AI systems are tools. Results vary based on implementation, user engagement, platform behavior, and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes.

AI systems designed by AgenticWhispers for healthcare clients are built to operate on non-PHI (Protected Health Information) administrative workflows unless a fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place. AgenticWhispers does not provide medical advice. Nothing produced by any AgenticWhispers system constitutes a clinical recommendation, diagnosis, or treatment plan.

Clients in regulated industries are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI systems complies with applicable regulations including HIPAA, state insurance regulations, DOT/FMCSA requirements, and applicable construction codes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to agenticwhispers.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
